since the implant changes, the ultra charger is worth the money as long as it has reduced price

however you should think about using implant only when really needed for your play style and ignore Enhanced Targeting, just wastes your energy

SUper Charger is made by 1x Tier 1 and 1x Tier 2 (any implant)
Ultra Charger is made by 1 x Tier 2 and 1 x Tier 3(any implant)
