Looks like this fix is only for Deutsche Telekom users.
Was hoping it was a fix for the actual server performance issues.

I´m in germany and my provider is not "Deutsche Telekom". But I can
tell it didn´t fix anything for me.

As far as I can tell from Reddit / Forums it was generally a fail and made matters worse for more players.
We'll probably have to wait until tomorrow for an update from SOE as they are still in the week end.

@ Johhny, ya i did some reddit research too. gonna just have to wait a few more days. currently unplayable for me.

Yea, it's ~OK now but as soon as more players come online it goes to shit.
