It's the main shopping day for the Americans for christmas with lots of nice deals. There is also cyber monday coming up which is the same thing but for online shopping

RedAlert3  ( Kirov reporting   )            
--> i fucking love this game: story, music, campaigns, troops and cutscenes are nicely done.
    Only thing I would like is a graphic update ( compared to Planetside its looks a bit to old    )

It says 12 am PT to 11:59 pm PT (00:00 to 23:59)

The time lag from:

Central European Time CET (Germany, Poland, Italy, France, ...) to Pacific Time PT (California, Idaho, ...)
are -9 hours
(reverted PT to CET are +9 hours)

So in central europ it has to be from 09:00 to 08:59

If you live in the UK (GMT = UTC) its from 08:00 to 07:59 

// CET = MEZ = UTC+1 = GMT+1
