who ever manages to submit and have published the funniest shoutout for another outfit wins. the main objective and mission statement look good for trolling and maybe the outfit logo for the photoshoppers :P

I think most of us are too lazy to do it by ourselves, judging by the fact that RE4 still don't have any information on outfit-tracker and Cobalt discord recruitment page
