Welcome to our Forum. To get in the Outfit ingame you have to join TS and ask an Officer (Council Member, Platoon/Squad Leader) for an invite :)

Probably left outfit after he got removed from Justice squad during ops and took it the wrong way.

Therefore I'd like to remind if the squad is signup only during ops to either make it VERY CLEAR it is "sign ups only" or close the squad recruitment.
