Why do you want to join the Re4pers: I have played with The Re4pers on numerous occasions, and have always found that your outfit:
- has intelligent, teamwork-oriented leaders and players
- has a focus on map/strategy and play-to-win (not farming and zerging) and also the fun to be had within those aspects of the game
- is friendly and understanding (within reason) of occasional mistakes
