Tuned Blackhand damage

• ADS Crouch Cof reduced to 0.05
• Increased min damage to 250
• Decreased bullet drop

Bug Fixes:

• TR: MAX AI weapons on the right hand does not receive the extra ammo with rank 5 ammo storage canister
• Flight vehicle sensitivity setting affects aircraft turret sensitivity
